| The Eagle Eye Hole-In-One contest will run from January 1, 2004 through
April 30, 2004. All Hole-In-Ones equal “1” chance towards the
3 prizes being drawn. Every “50” EAGLES equals “1”
chance towards the prizes being drawn. The 3 prizes are: 1st Prize “HOVERCRAFT”
2nd Prize “Complete Package for 2 to the Indianapolis 500” 3rd
Prize “Plasma TV”. These prizes will be drawn at a contest party
to be held in May 2004 at a location to be named later. |
| Must be 21+ to enter. Players must be in LEAGUE or TOURNAMENT PLAY to
qualify. All Hole-In-Ones and Eagles must be registered on a Melo-Tone Vending,
Inc. Golden Tee Fore Machine. Employees of Melo-Tone Vending, Inc. or its
sponsors are not eligible to win. Contestants are only allowed to win “ONE”
of the top three prizes per contest. A winner may trade up for the better
prize if their name is drawn multiple times in the same contest. The winner
must relinquish the lower prize to be redrawn. You must be present to win
any prize. All winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. |
